CAKE, ANYONE?
As I promised, here are preparation pictures from the wedding last Saturday. Yes, I survived. I may be a little loopy now ... wait, I was already loopy.
I'll start working on next post with finished pictures. At the rate I'm going, it may take me all day!

You have unbelievable patience. I'm in awe.
You should have seen me Saturday morning when we delivered the cakes. The person who avoids the spotlight was surrounded by at least twenty people watching every move I made as I did delicate, nerve wracking detail work. Thank goodness I was too tired to be nervous.
How on earth do you make all those patters in the icing?! And are all those little flowers hand made? And what about the ribbons and letters? Did you make those? They're not edible, are they?
I hope you charge a freakin' fortune!
